The Amalgamation
I have recently signed up to the Mixtape Project which is a collection of people from all over the country that share music with each other on a monthly basis. It's really simple, you make a CD containing an eclectic mix of songs, on a theme of you're choice, and sent it off to a person that you have been allocated. In return, you receive a mix CD from the recipient.
Here is a small booklet that I've created in InDesign, as an insert for the CD.

Vince Cable Animation
Final Animation* from Alex Dickson on Vimeo.
Here is an animation that I created for my last screen based project. The theme was around the Student Protests, I decided to focus more on the politicians themselves.

Hydro Power
This is the 3rd screen print of 3 from my latest Elective project in Printmaking entitled 'Hybridity'.
Behold, the man of the future.

Solar Power
This is the 2nd screen print of 3 from my latest Elective project in Printmaking entitled 'Hybridity'.
I had a lot of fun with this idea. I find it much more effective than the last because it takes the main idea a step further. Not only does this attractive young woman have a solar panel for boobs, but she's proud of it and has recognized the young man's addiction to her energy.
Wind Power
This is the 1st screen print of 3 from my latest Elective project in Printmaking entitled 'Hybridity'.
The piece spawns from an idea I had about humans possibly adapting or evolving by growing renewable energy processes as part of their anatomy. It is my belief that this is not, however, the solution to Global Warming, yet it should be read as a humorous take on the subject.

Napoleon and his Generals
Illustration for my current Sketchbook Project, 'Face in the Crowd', for Brooklyn Art Library.
Derived from the 1970 classic film 'Waterloo' by Sergei Bondarchuk. Napoleon has been confronted by his generals who are forcing him to abdicate as Emperor of France.
